In effect it’s like having your own in-house back-up but without the cost. We don’t take holidays and we don’t leave for an increased salary.

Second-Line Network Support

With an annual contract you will benefit from guaranteed response times, unlimited telephone support and an agreed level of on-site visits per month included in the price. Monthly on-site hours are rolled over if they aren’t used and any additional hours are provided at a reduced hourly rate. There is even a choice of how to pay, either on an annual basis or a monthly budget plan
